Washing Instructions

Yes, you can wash your airbrush goodies!

Airbrush purchases from our website or Etsy shop:

Your airbrushed treasure comes heat set from FCA & is ready to wear!

Try to avoid washing (wetting) for at least 7 days from when you get it home.

Machine or Hand Wash COLD / Gentle cycle – inside out.

Do not use bleach or products containing bleach or similar.

Turn item inside out or enclose in a pillow case when washing for best results. To avoid shrinkage and to keep your garment as fresh looking as possible, hang dry your airbrushed clothing. Heat sets AND strips the paint.

If you do use a dryer, keep item inside out and tumble dry on delicate, low heat.

Airbrush favors from live events:

Do not use bleach. Try to avoid washing (wetting) for at least 7 days from now. 

Set the airbrush paint with HEAT using a hot iron (cotton setting) with a cloth in between (paint side up) 

2 mins on, 2 mins off, 2 mins on, 2 mins off, 2 mins on.  

 Alternative to ironing – tumble dry high heat setting for 1 cycle. 

Machine or Hand Wash COLD / Gentle cycle – inside out.

Water Bottles:

HAND WASH ONLY

Do not put in dishwasher

Avoid abrasive scrubbing on painted portion of bottle. Handwash with dish soap & warm water. May look cloudy when wet, will dry clear.
